Tim McMahon has over 25 years experience in real estate, finance and private sector development. He is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Highland Ave Capital. In this role, Mr. McMahon is responsible for executing the firm's overall investment objectives and forging relationships with our valued partners and clients. Prior to forming HAC, Mr. McMahon spent 20 years in a senior advisory role at a closely held commercial real estate, development and asset management company located in Connecticut. Tim is an active investor and market participant in his field of expertise. He is a dedicated family man, an active member of his community and the numerous philanthropic organizations that he supports.
